Remote Reiki is exactly what it sounds like. The practitioner and the client will arrange an appointed time and the practitioner will tune into the client’s frequency. This is perfect for individuals as it happens in the comfort of their own homes.

Mei has done remote reiki sessions for clients impacted by cancer. This has shown to be helpful as it puts the clients into a relaxed state of mind, pre-treatment. This is important so that it allows their body to rest and build up the body’s natural immunity defense, to withstand the onslaught of cancer-fighting drugs.

The sessions post-treatments help the clients with their recovery time. The cancer treatments that will be happening to the body sometimes cause nausea, constipation, and loss of appetite among other side effects.

Of course, everyone’s reaction to treatment is different, as well as their attunement to remote reiki. Remote Reiki is 30 mins and works best with multiple sessions.
